1. Description of Service

weepricedrop allows users to submit URLs from third-party retail or marketplace websites in order to monitor product prices and receive notifications about price changes. We do not sell products directly unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. By using weepricedrop, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree:

• To provide accurate information
• Not to misuse the service
• Not to submit malicious, illegal, or harmful URLs
• Not to interfere with the operation of the website
• Not to attempt unauthorised access to systems or data

You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

4. Third-Party Websites

weepricedrop monitors publicly accessible information from third-party websites submitted by users. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for:

• Third-party retailers
• Product listings
• Pricing accuracy
• Product availability
• Website downtime or restrictions

Prices displayed by third-party websites may change at any time. weepricedrop does not guarantee pricing accuracy or notification timing.

4a. Scan Accuracy

weepricedrop uses automated scanners to read prices from publicly accessible product pages. On well-built retailer pages we typically capture an accurate price 90%+ of the time. On trickier sites (heavy bot protection, unusual layouts, multiple prices on one page, dynamically loaded content, etc.) accuracy can be lower.

As a result, the prices and price-change alerts shown by weepricedrop are provided on a best-effort basis only and are not guaranteed to be correct, current, or complete. You should always open the original retailer link and confirm the price before making any purchasing decision. weepricedrop accepts no liability for inaccurate, missing, delayed, or incorrectly interpreted prices, or for any decisions made in reliance on them.

4a-i. Free 30-Day Trial and Paid Plans

Every new account includes a free 30-day trial beginning when the account is created: 1 tracked link with one automated price check per day. No payment details are required for the trial.

When the 30 days end, your tracked link is retained but price checking and adding new links stop until you purchase a plan. Choosing any plan restarts checking on your existing link.

Paid plans are annual, are paid once and do not auto-renew. Each plan includes one additional link free of charge: 5 links = 6 tracked, 10 = 11, 15 = 16, 20 = 21, 25 = 26. We email reminders before a plan expires. When a plan expires your links are retained but are no longer checked until you renew.

4a-ii. Prices, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds

Prices are shown before checkout in pounds sterling for the UK or US dollars for the United States. Applicable taxes and the total payable are shown at checkout. Paid plans cover one year, are charged once, and do not renew or charge again automatically.

UK consumers may have a statutory right to cancel an online service purchase within 14 days. If you ask us to begin providing the paid service immediately, we may deduct a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. To cancel or request a refund, contact support@weepricedrop.com. We provide refunds whenever required by applicable law; other refund requests are considered fairly based on the circumstances.

United States users may also have cancellation, refund or other rights under applicable federal or state law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

4b. Price Check Frequency

Paid plans include two automated price checks per day (typically early morning and early evening UK time). Free 30-day trials include one automated price check per day.

To keep the service fast, reliable and sustainable, we apply an adaptive checking schedule: if a tracked link's price has not changed for 90 days, that link automatically steps down to one check per day. If it has not changed for 180 days, it steps down again to one check every other day. In both cases the link keeps being tracked and returns to your plan's normal frequency as soon as its price changes again.

Where several users track the same product link, we may scan that link once per cycle and share the result with everyone tracking it. Check frequency is a target, not a guarantee — checks may be delayed, skipped or retried due to retailer blocking, technical issues or maintenance.

5. Email Alerts and Notifications

Notification delivery is not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

• Third-party website changes
• Email provider issues
• Technical interruptions
• Rate limiting or blocking

weepricedrop is not liable for missed savings, purchasing decisions, or losses resulting from delayed or failed notifications.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use automated systems to abuse the platform
• Scrape or reverse engineer weepricedrop
• Use the service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to bypass security measures
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and design elements of weepricedrop are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute our content without written permission. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.

8. Availability of Service

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may:

• Modify features
• Suspend access
• Remove functionality
• Perform maintenance
• Discontinue the service

without prior notice.

9. Consumer Rights and Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory protections available to UK or US consumers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, weepricedrop shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses
• Missed discounts or savings
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Indirect or consequential damages

Subject to those mandatory rights, you use the service at your own risk and should verify retailer prices before buying.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless weepricedrop, its owners, affiliates, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of third-party websites

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements or discontinuation of the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. Ending an account does not remove payment records we must keep by law or automatically create a refund.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, but this does not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or bringing a claim in another court where local law gives them that right. United States users retain any non-waivable federal or state consumer protections.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of weepricedrop after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
